Summer is Porch Time!
My little porch needed attention and it finally got it.
Any old house or building needs maintenance. My little building is over 100 years old so the list can seem (and is) endless.
We had a little issue with dry rot. I didn't know the extent of the damage, but after digging around, it was clear that something had to be done. I tend to be pragmatic veering on the edge of pessimistic, so I had visions of my porch collapsing. BUT, It Did Not.
YIKES!!!
Shipley Construction fit my little project into their busy schedule and now I can rest easy. The porch is intact and... let the painting begin!
