We'll be Closed Thanksgiving Weekend - Shop Small Saturday
The Saturday after Thanksgiving is "Shop Small Saturday". I love the concept and I hope the campaign reminds people to consider their local businesses for holiday shopping. However, we will be closed. This has been quite a year as we have lost three family members in the past five months. We are coming into the holidays with happy memories but also with the realization of who we have lost. So in the spirit of the holidays, we will focus on our friends and family this year... and every year. For those who want to shop, I encourage you to consider your hometown "mom and pop" stores. Whether you shop or not, give thanks for the loved ones who surround you and remember those who have passed on.
